About the Role
As a member of our Gym Crew, you’ll be the heartbeat of our daily operations. You’ll support our valued members, assist with maintaining equipment and foster a welcoming, inclusive environment. If you’re keen, there’s also an opportunity to lead group fitness classes, creating engaging and exciting sessions for our members.
This casual role offers up to 12-20 hours per week.

Skills and Experience
- A Certificate III in Fitness (or equivalent) is essential
- Friendly and approachable, with excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills to engage with members and team members
- Flexibility to travel between 24fit locations as needed
- Attention to detail in maintaining safety and cleanliness standards
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- First Aid and CPR certification (preferred)
