A fantastic opportunity has presented itself for a Business Development Manager reporting to the General Manager of Sales.
A bit about your role
As the Business Development Manager, Enterprise, you will be a trusted partner to our RSPs, working alongside Account Managers to shape and deliver thoughtful engagement strategies that unlock growth, deepen product adoption and create shared commercial success. Your focus will be on activating Enterprise, Business and Small Business channels to market, translating strategy into action and helping RSPs confidently take nbn products to their customers at scale.
In this role, you will identify and nurture opportunities for revenue uplift and customer retention, contributing to RSP Strategic Account Plans and supporting their execution through well‑designed sales and engagement programs. You will lead RSP-facing support for product launches, pipeline initiatives and product changes, collaborating closely with technical sales, product and channel teams to ensure education, knowledge uplift and enablement sit at the heart of everything you do. Your work will bring clarity, momentum and connection across a complex ecosystem, ensuring nbn and our RSPs grow together in a way that is sustainable, informed and purposeful.
A bit about you
If this role feels like a natural next step, you will bring deep experience in sales or business development, with a strong track record of building and sustaining trusted client relationships and delivering commercial outcomes. You are commercially astute and curious, comfortable developing multi‑year joint business plans and engagement strategies that balance ambition with pragmatism. Your approach is collaborative and inclusive, and you genuinely enjoy lifting capability through education, storytelling and shared learning.
You communicate with warmth and confidence, engaging credibly with senior stakeholders and navigating complexity with calm assurance. You are self‑directed and resilient, able to think clearly through change and ambiguity while keeping sight of what matters most. With your blend of strategic thinking, technical understanding and human‑centred leadership, you will create momentum, inspire confidence and help our partners succeed, while contributing to nbn's broader purpose and long‑term growth.
