About the Role
We are looking for experienced Pathology Collectors in Morwell and surrounding towns and areas.
Your primary duties will include taking blood and other specimens from patients, performing ECG's and Holter monitoring.
Responsibilities
* Venepuncture experience essential with vacutainer method
* Collection of blood and other samples from patients
* Experience in ECG's and Holter monitors
* Processing of Pathology Specimens
* Ability to work alone and participate in the weekend roster in any of our collection centres
* Clerical duties and process paperwork
* Own car and current driver's license is preferred
* Ability to communicate with the team, referring Doctors and patients
* Ability to provide dedication to patient care and service delivery
* Ability to demonstrate organisation and problem solving skills
* Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
* Basic computer skills
* Comply with Work Health and Safety

A current working with children check clearance is required upon commencement of employment.
