ASO7 Senior Project ManagerNew System ImplementationRecords Management Project6-8 month Contract, Great $$I have a fantastic contract opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to provide their expertise in managing the procurement, implementation and change processes for a new Records Management System within this state government agency.Reporting to the Director, People and Culture, this role will be responsible for leading the project and change management functions to aimed at improving information management, user experience, and compliance across the agencyKey Responsibilities include:Lead the end-to-end delivery of the project, from market engagement and procurement through to implementation, migration and adoption.Engage with internal stakeholders to understand user needs, current pain points, and system requirements.Work closely with leadership and the procurement team to identify and select the best system solution available.Oversee change management activities to ensure a smooth transition for all staff, with a focus on improving usability and compliance.Partner with vendors and all stakeholders to ensure the solution is practical, user-friendly, and fit for purpose.Navigate a complex stakeholder environment, building relationships across teams to drive project success.Provide regular reporting and advice to senior leadership on project progress, risks, and outcomes.Ideally you will have:Demonstrated experience leading implementation projects, ideally within a government or regulated environment.Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, requirement gathering, and managing vendor relationships.Understanding of procurement and government processes.Experience driving change initiatives and supporting end-user adoption.Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.Knowledge of records management principles and compliance obligations will be highly regarded.How to Apply:Please select "Apply Now" above.
