This position sits at the intersection of development, design and construction — leading consultant coordination, managing complex design packages and helping drive project outcomes across multi-stage precinct projects.
The role will see you involved across:
Responsibilities
* Design management from planning approvals through construction
* Coordination of architectural, structural and services consultants
* Review of buildability, value engineering and technical compliance
* Tender and construction documentation management
* Stakeholder management across internal and external teams
We're looking for someone with strong medium/high-density residential experience who can balance technical design capability with commercial and delivery outcomes.
Requirements
* 10+ years' experience in architecture, construction or design management
* Precinct or multi-stage project experience
* Excellent technical understanding across architectural and building systems
* Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Retail and BTR exposure highly regarded.
