**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence.
- Attend stakeholder meetings, both internal and external, and assist in coordinating logistics and agendas.
- Take accurate and detailed minutes during meetings, capturing key discussion points, decisions, and action items.
- Prepare and distribute meeting documentation, ensuring timely delivery to all relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain a centralised repository for meeting documentation, ensuring easy access and retrieval of information as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other materials for internal and external use.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth execution of projects and initiatives.
- Adhere to organisational policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Previous experience in a similar administrative support role, preferably within a government or corporate environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with meeting management software/tools.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and resourcefulness.
- Understanding of stakeholder engagement principles and practices would be advantageous.
