About the role
The Patio Factory is seeking an experienced Patio Installer to join our team on a contract basis. As a Patio Installer, you will be responsible for the precise and efficient installation of high-quality patio structures at residential properties primarely South of the river in Perth. This is a hands-on role that requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional workmanship.
What you'll be doing
* Interpreting and following technical drawings and specifications to install custom-made patio structures
* Preparing the installation site by clearing the area and ensuring a solid foundation
* Assembling patio components, such as frames, roofing, and finishes, using power tools and hand tools
* Ensuring the patio structure is level, plumb, and secured in place according to safety standards
* Communicating with clients throughout the installation process to address any questions or concerns
* Maintaining a clean and organised work environment during and after the installation
* Adhering to all workplace health and safety policies and procedures
What we're looking for
* Proven experience as a Patio Installer or similar role in the building trades industry
* Strong understanding of patio construction techniques and materials
* Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
* Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
* Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
