ROLE PURPOSE

The Account Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with their assigned customer portfolio and it is an office-based sales role.
This role highlights Winc's unique value proposition to key decision makers and utilizes industry & data driven insights to deliver relevant customer development plans and achieve targets.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
* Manage retention and profitability of contracts with existing corporate customers within the designated portfolio
* Focus on Customer treatments tailored to overall vertical strategy
* Develop and maintain a strong business relationship with all relevant contacts within the client organisations
* Maintain expert knowledge of the vertical industry including products, systems and unique value propositions
* Effectively manage all aspects of sales activity and the customer lifecycle
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
* B2B experience and industry knowledge is advantageous
* Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets
* Successful client management skills
* Understanding and ability to articulates the Winc "Single Source" Vision to create opportunity
* Ability to analyse customer financial data, Winc SAP generated data, contract modelling and strategic pricing tools to develop solutions delivering savings to the customer and profit for Winc.
* Strong communication, negotiation and teamwork skills.
