We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Sales and Admin Support Assistant to join our team.
Role Overview
This is multi functional role spanning Sales, Administration, Accounts, and Customer Service.

About the Role
In this role, you will be processing sales orders, supporting key account customers, managing client enquiries, and assisting with a variety of administration and accounts tasks.
With guidance and training from the team, you will build confidence across all areas while gaining a comprehensive view of the business's day-to-day operations. This is a role that matters and you will play a key part in keeping our operations smooth and customers happy.
What You will Be Doing
Sales Support
* Respond to inbound sales enquiries and customer requests.
* Enter and process sales orders.
* Customer follow ups.
* Maintain CRM records, quotes, and client data.
* Assist senior team members with key account customers.
Administration & Accounts
* Processing Orders and Invoices
* Support accounts and record keeping tasks.
* Assist with compliance and general administrative processes.
Customer Service
* Answer calls and managing emails professionally.
* Act as a friendly and knowledgeable point of contact for customers.
* Ensure clients receive timely and accurate updates.
About You
* Early in your career and eager to learn, grow, and take on more responsibility.
* Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in a support based role.
* Strong Computer Skills including Excel and Word
* Clear communicator, organised, and reliable.
* Enjoy variety and thrive when managing multiple priorities.
