Job Summary:
As the Buyer – Sub Division Head (NON APPS) at V2 Retail, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end buying process for the non-apparel (NON APPS) category, which includes accessories, footwear, home essentials, and other non-apparel items. This role involves strategic planning, market analysis, vendor management, and execution of category buying strategies that align with V2 Retail's overall merchandising vision and revenue targets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, inventory management, and retail operations, to ensure product quality, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
Experience – 2-3 Year
Budget – 3-4 LPA
Location – Head Office Delhi (Kapashera Border)
Preference – Retail Industry (Home Furnishing)
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).
* 3+ years of experience in buying or category management, preferably in the retail sector with a focus on non-apparel categories.
* Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
* Proven track record of managing budgets, P&L, and achieving sales targets.
* Proficiency in using retail analytics software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.
