About The Role
You will be based at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital (RPAH). It is one of the nation's most respected hospitals, with a distinguished history of serving the health needs of local, statewide, national and international communities. The Investigational Drugs Unit Pharmacist (Grade 1 or 2) provides pharmacist support to ensure safe and effective operation of the Investigational Drugs Unit (Clinical Trials Pharmacy).

Positions Available
* 1x Permanent Full Time
* 1x Temporary Full Time up to June 2026
Ideal Candidate
* Current Pharmacist registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and able to practice independently. Grade 2 Pharmacists must meet the criteria set out in the Award and are expected to be able to demonstrate continual ability to meet three of the five competencies within the Award.
* Ability to apply current and good practical therapeutic knowledge in a clinical environment and ongoing commitment to the professional development relevant to areas of practice.
* Highly developed understanding of the priorities and requirements of hospital pharmacy.
* Knowledge of the requirements and regulations surrounding clinical trials and alternate access programs.
* Previous experience in clinical trials is preferred, but it is not a requirement.
