About the Role
Educational Leader – Diploma Qualified is a full‐time position at Goodstart Australind with a 38‐hour work week. Pay ranges from $39.35 to $41.05 per hour (qualification and experience pending) and includes an additional Educational Leader Allowance of $2.68 per hour.
The successful candidate will lead change, champion practice uplift and excellence, collaborate with educators to observe, review, and continuously enhance educational programs, deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guide the application of the Early Years Learning Framework, and work closely with the centre leadership team to lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.
Responsibilities
* Lead change and champion practice uplift and excellence.
* Collaborate with educators to observe, review, and continuously enhance educational programmes.
* Deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content.
* Guide the application of the Early Years Learning Framework.
* Work closely with the centre leadership team to lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.
Qualifications
* Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
* Strong understanding of inclusive practices that support all children.
* Current Western Australia Working with Children Check.
* Previous experience leading change in education (preferred).
* Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or equivalent (preferred).
