About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior D365 CE Technical Lead to guide our technical teams and drive the successful delivery of enterprise‐grade CRM / Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to influence solution design, lead high-performing teams, and shape best practices across complex implementations.
Location: Preferable Melbourne or anywhere in Australia
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage technical teams in the design, development, and implementation of CRM / D365 CE solutions.
* Define and implement best practices for CRM / D365 CE OOTB configurations and customizations.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical expertise in CRM / D365 CE solution design.
* Perform system analysis, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure smooth operation of CRM / D365 CE systems.
* Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members to enhance their technical skills and capabilities.
* Stay updated on the latest CRM/D365 CE trends, updates, and features to propose innovative solutions.
Skill Requirements
* Strong proficiency in CRM / D365 CE OOTB functionalities, configurations, and customizations.
* Extensive experience in leading technical teams and managing CRM / D365 CE implementation projects.
* In-depth knowledge of CRM / D365 CE architecture, data models, and integration capabilities.
* Excellent problem‐solving skills and ability to analyze complex CRM / D365 CE issues.
* Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross‐functional teams and stakeholders.
* Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver high‐quality CRM / D365 CE solutions.
