We are currently seeking an IT Support Technician to join our dedicated, onsite IT function based at our Vacoas-Phoenix site here in Mauritius.

In this role you will:
- Assist in resolving internal customer IT issues.
- Deploy, move, migrate and retire computer systems whilst minimising business impact, and maximise their efficiency
- Maintain, modify and support existing applications
- Carry out maintenance of production related equipment
- Seek opportunities to automate processes and reduce repetition of work
- Ensure equipment, software and hardware are in compliance with directives from SGS
- Continuously work to improve technology solutions
You will have:
- Helpdesk Support experience - or a keen interest in computing/technology, with a desire to develop your career within IT
- Accurate and attention to detail
