Delaware North Australia is hiring a full-time Manager Client Relationships to join our team at the iconic Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG). As a Manager of Client Relationships, you will be responsible for generating revenue by responding to inbound leads, managing existing relationships, and seeking new business opportunities through B2B initiatives. What will you do?
* Manage the relationship with key precinct stakeholders and champion the sports and entertainment precinct of Melbourne
* Act as the face of events, representing the brand at industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events
* Host existing and potential clients at Delaware North run stadiums in our corporate dining facilities at major sports and entertainment events
* Travel throughout the country and overseas, bringing the product and experience to new and growth markets
* Be a part of the team that delivers hospitality at the nation's greatest sporting stadium
More About You
* Understanding of the business events market locally, nationally, and internationally
* Exceptional client management skills and understanding of how to elevate their event requirements
* A creative approach to selling, business development, and building client proposals
* Food and beverage knowledge
* Ability to work with Momentus, MS Office, and other event related platforms
