At Industry Beans, we're passionate about specialty coffee and the people who make it possible. With operations in Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane, a thriving community of home brewers, and a growing network of wholesale clients, our team is at the heart of everything we do.

We are seeking a full-time People and Culture Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our HR Director and Recruitment Coordinator within the Head Office team to manage essential people-focused programs. You will be responsible for supporting business leaders and employees in various HR capacities, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and general HR administration across the Industry Beans group.

What You'll Be Doing:

* Recruitment – Assist with shortlisting resumes, conducting phone interviews, scheduling face-to-face interviews, and completing reference checks.
* Onboarding & Offboarding – Manage a robust and systematic administrative process to ensure a seamless employee experience.
* Employment Administration – Prepare job offers and issue employment contracts across multiple companies and Industry awards. Responding to inbound queries related to leave, pay, OHS and other HR matters where possible/ appropriate
* Compliance, Training & Development – Monitor employee compliance, training module completion and provide feedback to HR and relevant managers.
* HR Systems and Administration – Maintain accurate employee records across multiple systems, track milestones, and handle confidential information.
* Employee Programs – Support initiatives and projects related to incentives, rewards, engagement, and performance reviews.

What We're Looking For:

A highly motivated and professional individual with a strong foundation in HR and business acumen, complemented by exceptional attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and proven experience supporting multiple businesses and brands.

Other qualifications we would value highly are:

* A strong understanding of modern HR practices, supported by relevant qualifications.
* 4+ years of experience in an HR or People & Culture role.
* Excellent administration skills and a keen eye for detail.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* A passion for Industry Beans' values and culture.
