Job Title: Recruitment Consultant / Account Manager & Recruitment Partner
We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a key role within our organisation. This exciting opportunity involves managing and growing existing client relationships, sourcing and placing candidates, and providing administrative support.
The Role
This is a dynamic position that requires the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times. The successful candidate will have strong administration and organisational skills, with a proven track record in recruitment and/or mobilisation.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow existing client accounts, conducting regular reviews and building strong rapport.
* Sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates while maintaining ongoing relationships.
* Administrative tasks: chasing tickets/qualifications, organising medicals and drug tests, ensuring compliance, safety, and conducting wellbeing checks.
* Filling jobs for clients using our database, talent pool, and proactive search methods.
* Negotiating pay and charge rates with clients (and at times, candidates).
* Coordinating candidate work schedules and ensuring smooth transitions between sites.
* Reporting monthly figures in team meetings, sharing challenges, and celebrating wins.
* Writing and advertising job ads across various platforms.
* Drive business growth through networking and outreach.
Requirements
* Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong administration and organisational skills.
* 1+ year of experience in recruitment and/or mobilisation.
* Confident communicator who can engage with people at all levels.
* Ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
