The Opportunity You will provide end-to-end administrative and coordination support to Project Managers across multiple live projects.

About the Opportunity:
* Provide comprehensive project administration support across multiple construction projects
* Assist with project financials including budgets, cost tracking, projections and accurate record keeping
* Support subcontractor engagement, documentation and compliance processes
* Maintain project records, contracts, correspondence and reporting
* Coordinate documentation, meetings and key project milestones
* Act as a reliable point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders
About You:
* 2–3 years' experience in project or construction administration
* Exposure to project financial management and cost control
* Sound understanding of construction processes, contracts and BCIPA
* Experience supporting subcontractors and project delivery teams
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
* Proactive, team-focused and solutions-oriented
* Confident communicator with strong attention to detail
* Qualification in Construction Management (or similar), or currently undertaking studies, is desirable
* Experience with construction or accounting systems such as Jobpac is advantageous
