The Role
We're seeking a highly organised, proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level executive and secretariat support to the Executive Director, Deputy Executive Director and Executive Officer.
In this pivotal role, you'll ensure the senior leadership team can focus on driving initiatives that shape national policy, strengthen partnerships, and create measurable impact across communities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage complex diaries, meetings, and correspondence for the Executive team
* Prepare agendas, reports, and briefing materials
* Coordinate meetings, travel, and events with precision and cultural sensitivity
* Support internal workflows, systems, and documentation (SharePoint, OneNote)
* Liaise confidently with internal and external stakeholders at all levels

* Proven experience in providing executive-level support in a complex or fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Strong attention to detail, initiative, and problem-solving ability
* High cultural competency and a genuine passion for reconciliation and social impact
* Advanced Microsoft Office and SharePoint skills
