What You'll Do:

In this role, you will be expected to:
* Foster cohesive teamwork while spearheading end-to-end internal audit projects.
* Communicate effectively with clients about control strengths and weaknesses, offering constructive solutions.
* Prepare thoughtful audit reports on findings and recommendations.
What We're Seeking:
* A minimum of four years' experience in industry or consulting roles.
* Excellent communication skills capable of articulating business strengths and weaknesses while offering constructive solutions.
* Proven ability to nurture effective client relationships.
* A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience is essential.
* Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
* In-depth understanding of internal audit frameworks (e.g., COSO, COBIT) and risk management standards (e.g., ISO 31000).
* Familiarity with core business processes such as accounting, accounts payable/receivable, procurement, inventory, contract management, HR and payroll.
* Professional certification such as CA, CPA or CIA is preferred.
