We are a Managed Service Provider based in Norwest looking for an enthusiastic IT Support Technician to join our team.
Our technical support team provide IT support and Managed Services to our well-established customer base. Our customers are small to medium businesses that we have long term relations with. We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service and timely response times, if you have similar values then this could be the role for you. Reporting directly to the IT Manager, your responsibilities will be wide-ranging technical support duties.
Some of the duties of this role are listed below (but not limited to):
- Taking calls and logging tickets
- Responding to client enquiries
- Troubleshooting and isolating Desktop, Networking, Windows Server, Office 365 issues;
- Providing our team with general office admin assistance including tidying and cleaning as required
- Level 3 support to clients with MS365 infrastructure.
- Data entry into various systems
- Assist Level 1 and Level 2 technicians to resolve hardware and software issues.
Minimum requirements:
- Be well presented and a clear communicator both verbal and written (typing)
- Have an excellent telephone manner and proactive attitude
- Have pride in your work and attention to detail and excellent customer service.
- Previous MSP experience
- MS Intune and Entra experience
- A tertiary qualification in Computer Technology, or related IT discipline will be beneficial.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Norwest Business Park, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (preferred)
