About the role
The role of Head Chef is responsible for the management of the kitchen and the BOH team, the creation of seasonal and function menus, and involvement in events that attract visitors to our beautiful region.
We're seeking an experienced Chef with a strong background in seafood, catering and functions to join our bright, high-energy team. The ideal candidate will enjoy catering to a discerning local clientele, creating fresh, dynamic menus with a focus on premium seafood and oysters.

Experience
* Minimum 5 years' experience.
* Previous Head Chef experience preferred.
* Experienced Chefs from a similar fast-paced environment are encouraged to apply.
* The ability to run a smooth, organized service.
* Team leadership skills.

* Professional appearance (for our open kitchen).
* Motivated with a positive attitude.
