This role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of projects, from concept through to detailed design and construction. Key Responsibilities: Design and document mechanical building services (HVAC, plumbing, medical gases, BMS integration, etc.) using Revit. Produce accurate, coordinated BIM models and drawings across all project stages. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring seamless integration of mechanical systems with other building services. Apply sustainable design principles and deliver efficient, buildable engineering solutions. Support project delivery by maintaining quality, cost, and program targets. What We’re Looking For: 5–7 years’ experience in mechanical building services engineering/design. Proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows, including family creation, clash detection, and model coordination. Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems for commercial, residential, healthcare, and/or institutional projects. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with consultants, contractors, and clients.
