Key Responsibilities
">">Provide high-quality customer-focused workforce services with emphasis on recruitment, selection, onboarding, maintenance of HR systems, establishment functions, and all transactions relating to the employee lifecycle from onboarding to separation.
In this role, you will provide advice and ensure compliance with relevant human resources legislation, policy, and awards. You will act as the central point of contact for HR enquiries, handling a large volume of queries and building/maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements
• Demonstrated understanding and experience of human resources/personnel principles
• Excellent organisation and administrative skills, ability to prioritise workload, autonomy, and initiative to ensure quality outcomes within KPIs
• Demonstrated customer service skills
