We are currently seeking an experienced Temporary Sales Administrator to join their team for a Temporary Assignment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supporting Sales Team
2. Client Communication
3. Document Preparation
4. Execute pre- listing process, listing and sales process
5. Working extensively with; Inspect Real Estate, Outlook, Microsoft Suite, OneDrive, MultyArray.
6. Liaising with settlement agents, buyers and sellers through the listing to settlement process
Skills & Experience
7. Previous Reception and Sales Administration experience essential
8. Corporate presentation & confident demeanour
9. Excellent computing skills & attention to detail
10. Confident personality to manage enquires professionally
11. Excellent time management skills & ability to prioritise workload
