Claims Administrator– Marsh McLennan (Marsh Australia)
We are seeking a talented individual to join our JLT Public Sector Team at Marsh Australia.
This role will be based in Hobart, TAS office.
About Your Role
Job Responsibilities:
Process claims payments and follow up on invoices to ensure timely resolution.
Ensure accurate claims processing and administration, including file closures.
Provide administrative support as required to service the Fund effectively.
Collaborate with the in-house Claims Management Team to deliver positive outcomes.
Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Previous experience in an admin role (desirable).
Ability to work autonomously within a multi-skilled team.
Ability to work under pressure, prioritise workload, meet deadlines and maintain good time management skills.
