Located in Jandakot, this position offers an opportunity to work on-site within the grocery logistics industry. The role is casual with up to 40hrs a week with the potential for permanent employment. As an HR MC Driver, you will be responsible for operating heavy rigid (HR) MIDI and multi-combination (MC) trucks, ensuring efficient and safe transportation of goods.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in truck driving, particularly in reversing HR and MC trucks, as well as midi trucks. This position requires a strong understanding of transport regulations and the ability to optimize routes for timely deliveries
Responsibilities
* Operate HR and MC trucks to transport goods safely and efficiently
* Ensure compliance with all transport regulations during operations
* Optimize delivery routes to enhance efficiency and reduce travel time
* Manage time effectively to meet delivery schedules and deadlines
* Perform routine checks and maintenance on vehicles to ensure operational safety
Your Profile
* Extensive experience in truck driving, including reversing HR and MC trucks
* Strong knowledge of transport regulations and compliance requirements
* Ability to optimize routes for efficient delivery and reduced travel time
* Excellent time management skills to meet delivery schedules
* Proficiency in performing routine vehicle checks and maintenance
