Hydrogen Group has an outstanding opportunity for a Principal Recruitment Consultant to join our Sydney office. There is a huge opportunity to further develop a warm desk with access to many top-tier clients across Banking, Insurance, Retail, Healthcare & Transport.
Candidates will need to demonstrate senior level capabilities in the following areas:
* Relationship building
* Negotiation
* Networking
* Problem solving
* International & regional incentive trips - French Riveria happening May '26!!
* Company phone and laptop
* Quarterly high performers lunches and events
* Uncapped commission structure - no threshold
* Regular business travel nationwide
