Traffic & Movement Management: Control vehicle flow, intercoms, and parking areas to maintain safe, efficient operations. Contractor & Visitor Induction: Ensure all contractors and visitors are inducted and logged into the visitor management system. Surveillance & Monitoring: Monitor CCTV systems and alarms, identify vulnerabilities, and maintain perimeter security. Patrolling: Conduct internal and external patrols to detect risks and maintain site integrity. Incident Response: Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and security breaches, escalating as needed. Reporting & Administration: Maintain accurate daily logs, incident reports, and compliance documentation. Compliance & Safety: Enforce WHS standards and site security procedures; report hazards immediately. Customer Service: Deliver professional, courteous service while upholding security standards.
