Position: Warehouse Administrator / Customer Service Representative
Location: Lytton QLD 4178
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7am to 3pm (potential to change start time)
Hourly Rate: $35 - $39p/h (casual rate)
Responsibilities:
- Be the primary liaison for designated customers, coordinating all related activities efficiently.
- Develop and maintain solid working relationships with assigned customers to ensure effective communication.
- Coordinate client orders, ensuring smooth collaboration with warehouse and transport teams for cost-effective solutions.
- Maintain awareness of Service Level Agreements and rate structures for clients.
- Manage tasks, such as orders, stock counts, and KPI maintenance, effectively using available tools.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in logistics and customer service is highly considered.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with KPI management preferred.
- Confident to learn new systems - Warehouse Management System experience is highly regarded.
- High accuracy in data entry; effective communication skills are essential.
- Ability to engage with a diverse range of employees and customers.
- Ability to multi-task and identify shifting priorities.
- Ability to clear pre-employment Drug & Alcohol testing and National Police Checks.
