We are currently seeking an experienced Storeperson with a valid forklift licence to join our client's warehouse team, based in Melbourne's western suburbs. This is a casual 5 days a week role, Monday to Friday, with an immediate start available.
About the Role:
In this role, you will support daily warehouse operations by handling parts and accessories with care and precision, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, and delivery. A high level of customer service to both internal and external stakeholders is key to success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform a range of warehouse duties including receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching parts and accessories
* Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are monitored and replenished as required
* Operate forklifts safely and efficiently
* Support timely delivery and dispatch processes
* Provide consistent, high-quality service to both internal teams and external customers
* Assist with general warehouse upkeep and maintain a safe working environment
Technical Requirements:
* Sound understanding of warehousing procedures, stock control, and logistics
* Ability to use inventory systems and manage documentation accurately
* Forklift operation aligned with workplace safety standards
About You:
* Valid forklift licence (essential)
* Minimum 2 years of relevant warehouse or storeperson experience
* Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
* Strong attention to detail, reliable, and a team player
* Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality service
