Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to trade and retail customers
• Build and maintain strong long-term relationships across your territory
• Identify new business opportunities through fieldwork and local knowledge
• Attend trade events, expos, and regional customer meetings to promote products
• Provide timely reporting on territory performance and customer feedback
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service and supply
Requirements
• At least 5 years' experience in territory or regional sales (automotive or trade-related preferred)
• Prior tenure with a major oil brand or a reseller/distributor of a major oil and lubricant company
• Ability to exceed sales targets and grow market share
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Organised and self-motivated, with the ability to work autonomously across a wide rural area
• Full work rights and current driver's licence
