A great recent opportunity has been created to join this dynamic growing manufacturing business located centrally in the southern suburbs of Brisbane. Joining an established team and reporting into an experienced CFO you will initially drive projects supporting the finance team to deliver month end reporting. With growth and re-structure this role may present future longer term opportunities whilst they navigate through organisational change and take the business to new heights.
You will take a lead in managing an accomplished team to deliver accurate month end reports and lead adhoc projects.
- Consolidate month end reporting
- Analyse budget and variance outputs
- Ensure compliance is maintained and completed
- Oversight of operational reporting
- Review costing and operational expenditure
- Prepare board reporting backs with commentary
- Drive business reporting improvements
Ideally you will be CA/CPA qualified with proven experience leading a finance function in an operationally focused manufacturing business or similar. A passion for leading others and driving process improvements will be paramount to the success in this role. Strong ERP and reporting tool skills will be a distinct advantage.
