The Role
* We are considering part time (approx 18hrs/wk) to full time depending on candidate
* Assessing and developing personalised treatment plans for patients with a range of musculoskeletal and other conditions.
* Treating patients using techniques including manual therapy, exercise prescription, electrotherapy, and other appropriate techniques.
* Monitoring and evaluating patient progress and adjusting treatment plan as needed.
* Providing education and advice to patients on injury prevention, health, and self-management strategies.
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with professional standards and clinical policies.
* Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and exercise trainers, to provide comprehensive care for patients.
* Contributing to social media and blogs, preparation of posts and blogs for review and posting.
* Other general duties in the Practice as part of the team.
We are looking for a full time Physiotherapist with
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy.
* Great people skills, good communication, enjoy working as part of a friendly, productive team.
* A hands on approach to your work, with great manual therapy & exercise rehabilitation skills.
* Good clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
* APA registration, completed SIRA training modules, or keen to complete them early on.
* Available to work evenings and Saturday mornings.
* Occasional home visits may be required.
* Experience with social media posts and blog writing would be useful.
New grads welcome. Mentoring on site.
