Main Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage a team to meet client and project requirements, ensuring successful delivery within time.
2. Identify and qualify new clients, develop pursuit plans, and manage bid activities.
3. Generate new work and maintain existing client relationships for profitable business.
4. Provide expertise in traffic engineering, land use/transport integration, and approval processes.
5. Advise clients on transport planning, infrastructure, and network design for various modes.
6. Develop and implement project recommendations within schedule.
7. Undertake traffic impact assessments and business case analyses.
About You
* You have at least 10 years' experience in a consultancy role.
* You hold relevant tertiary qualifications (e.g., Urban Planning, Transport Planning, Engineering, Business, Economics).
* You have an understanding of transport and urban planning, placemaking, and assessments.
* You have experience with public sector projects and team leadership.
* You possess project management skills across full project cycles.
* You have success in proposal development and business pursuits.
* You have strong communication and critical thinking skills.
