A$190,000.00/yr - A$220,000.00/yr
I-MED Radiology is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to provide strategic, financial, and commercial expertise across the QLD/NT/NZ Business Unit. Acting as the bridge between operations and the corporate team, you will ensure excellence in diagnostic imaging and healthcare services while achieving ambitious business goals.
Location: Based in Newstead with hybrid working options
Full-time permanent position
* Full P&L accountability for the QLD/NT/NZ Business Unit, ensuring revenue, margin, and cost targets are consistently met
* Providing business and market insights and partnering with the General Manager and Operations Manager to generate action plans to bridge gaps or accelerate growth
* Lead annual budgeting and forecasting cycles, monitor variances, and implement corrective actions
* Support capital investment opportunities through creation of business cases with the QLD/NT/NZ team
* Support post investment reviews for the QLD/NT/NZ team
* Support acquisitions, partnerships, and tender submissions with robust financial modelling and commercial analysis
* Ensure compliance and transparency in remuneration frameworks, aligning incentives with organisational goals
* Oversee governance processes, mitigate financial and operational risks, and ensure adherence to regulatory standards
* A solid grounding in finance with experience beyond financial reporting
* CA, CPA, or an equivalent professional finance qualification preferred
* Proven success in a large, multi-site or complex high capex environment
* Strong commercial and operational acumen, with a track record of delivering revenue growth and performance improvement
* Equally adept at partnering and influencing on-site operations teams and corporate stakeholders
* Excellent communication and analytical skills, with a focus on results and accountability
