About the Opportunity
Winnellie Hydraulics is looking for a hands-on, reliable and organised Warehouse Coordinator to join our Darwin branch.
This is not just a warehouse role you’ll be the backbone of our branch operations. From receipting goods and booking freight to supporting service teams with QA checks and dispatch, you’ll play a critical part in keeping our customers moving.

Your Tasks
* Load and unload deliveries safely using forklifts and lifting equipment
* Receive, inspect and receipt incoming goods within compliance timeframes
* Conduct Q/A checks on service jobs before packing and dispatch
* Pick, pack and prepare orders accurately to meet customer deadlines
* Book inbound and outbound freight to ensure on-time delivery
* Maintain a clean, organised and fully operational warehouse
* Liaise with freight providers, suppliers, service teams and customers
* Ensure all WHS procedures and safe work practices are followed
You’ll be trusted to own the warehouse space — ensuring goods are stored correctly, documentation is accurate, and dispatch runs smoothly.
About You
* Forklift licence and experience operating lifting equipment
* Sound understanding of warehouse processes and freight coordination
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Basic computer, literacy and numeracy skills
* A proactive, team-focused attitude
* Commitment to workplace safety and compliance
This is a physically active role in a warehouse and yard environment, so you’ll need to be comfortable with manual handling and working in varying conditions.
