The Role
We are currently seeking multiple experienced Limestone Masons/Block Layers to join our growing Perth metro-based teams. You'll be involved in the full scope of commercial and residential limestone stonework projects.
This is a casual employment role (full time hours) offering the chance to work on some of Perth's rewarding commercial and residential construction projects. For those with proven leadership and organisational skills, there is a pathway to a Team Leader role.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
* Interpret and work from detailed construction drawings and plans
* Construct and finish limestone retaining walls to precise specifications
* Operate machinery such as excavators, skid steers and manitous (if qualified, as required)
* Ensure high-quality workmanship and compliance with safety standards
* Work collaboratively within small teams (typically 3–4 people)
* Maintain tidy, well-organised worksites and tools
* Contribute to mentoring and supporting apprentices or labourers (as required)

Skills & Experience Criteria
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in limestone masonry/block laying
* Demonstrated experience in either residential or commercial stonework projects is sufficient for this role
* Excavator and/or bobcat operator tickets (or willingness to obtain)
* Driver's licence and own transport (essential)
* Australian citizenship or full Australian working rights (essential)
* Strong attention to detail and workmanship quality
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
* Reliable, safety-focused, and professional work ethic
* Ability to pass drug and alcohol screening and maintain a clean record
