Job Description
We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Cadet Planner. As a Cadet Planner, you will be responsible for providing frontline customer service and assisting with planning and development advice.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for basic technical and non-technical planning advice. You will also undertake initial reviews of incoming Development Applications, determine required fees and documentation, and process non-complex applications under delegation.
The ideal candidate will possess outstanding interpersonal communication skills, experience in customer service, and a passion for delivering positive customer outcomes. They will also have highly developed computer literacy and administration skills, an innovative approach to problem solving, and excellent organisational skills.
