As a Merchandise Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting 3 Category Managers to deliver beautifully curated ranges to market. You'll manage product data, coordinate suppliers, analyse sales and stock performance, and ensure our products are launched accurately and on time. This is a hands‐on, office‐based role working closely with Category Managers, Planners, Marketing and Shipping.
Key Responsibilities
* Product Data Management – Set up and maintain accurate product information, pricing and SKU attributes.
* Range Coordination – Support seasonal range builds, line reviews, and product onboarding across homewares categories.
* Reporting & Analysis – Weekly sales, stock, and inventory (WSSI) and margin reports using pivot tables and VLOOKUP to highlight trends, risks, and opportunities.
* Cross‐Functional Collaboration – Partner with buying, planning, marketing, logistics, and e‐commerce to support product launches and promotional activity.
Skills & Experience
* Strong advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data cleansing, and basic formulas.
* Previous experience in a head off retail environment either in Product, Buying, Allocations or logistics or sales.
* Familiarity with product lifecycle processes.
* High attention to detail with strong organisational capability.
* Confident communicator with the ability to coordinate across teams and suppliers.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales and stock data.
