Our reputation is built on consistently delivering effective, high-quality and innovative products to meet a diverse range of needs, and we are committed to creating the best possible skin therapies for our customers.About The RoleAs an Analytical Development Chemist, you will:Develop and validate analytical methods for new products, raw materials, and cleaning validation projects.Maintain compliance of product methods and support R&D project work.Troubleshoot analytical issues and support laboratory investigations.Act as a subject matter expert and contribute to analytical advancements.Support calibration, qualification, and maintenance of analytical instrumentation.Develop documentation and training materials to support technical knowledge transfer.This role involves close collaboration with various internal stakeholders and ensures our practices meet the highest regulatory and quality standards.What We’re Looking ForA tertiary qualification in Science or related discipline, preferably with a Chemistry component. Post-graduate qualifications will be looked upon favourably.3+ years of relevant Chemistry and laboratory experience, either in industry or post-graduate studies.Strong technical knowledge of analytical instrumentation (e.g., HPLC, GC, UV-Vis).Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities.Why Join Us?Work with a passionate, supportive, and collaborative team.
