**Role**: Data Quality Manager
**Start date**: ASAP
**Contract length**: 3 - 6 month initial term with strong possibility of extension
**Location of role**:Camperdown - Sydney. Hybrid (1-2 days per week in the office)
**Status**: Minimum PR
**Vaccination Status**: Must have proof of Covid-19 Vaccination as per the client's requirements
**Checks Required**: Must be willing to undergo reference checks and police check
**Data Quality Manager**
**_Skills & Experience_**
- Broad experience and a proven track record of managing data (and processes) with customer engagement technologies is essential, including one or more enterprise level CRM e.g. Salesforce, Oracle
- Experience of creating processes and delivering services by using tools such as data mapping, data and business flow diagrams,
- Experience in data cleansing / monitoring techniques and tools (e.g. Aperture DS)
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills, including the ability to investigate system functionality and match effective solutions to business requirements
- Technically literate (SQL) with an understanding of database and schema design
- Excellent written communication skills, including the ability to write clear, concise technical and procedural documentation
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously, schedule and prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines or provide viable alternatives
- Ability to quickly adapt to, and learn, new technology and tools
- Detail-oriented with a structured and methodical approach to problem resolution
