Ventia is seeking a hands‑on Cleaning Supervisor to lead a small team at an industrial site on the outskirts of Wagerup.
This role suits someone who is confident, practical, and ready to step into leadership in a reliable weekday position.
About The Role

$32.34 per hour + Super + Allowances
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

What You Will Do
Lead and support a small team of cleaners
Ensure all cleaning tasks meet safety and compliance standards
Carry out spot cleans, deep cleans, and hazard‑related cleaning
Report hazards, incidents, and maintenance requirements
Manage cleaning supplies and complete basic documentation
What You Need
Experience in commercial, industrial, mining, or refinery cleaning
Clear communication skills
Valid drivers licence and reliable vehicle
Physical capacity to perform cleaning tasks throughout the shift
National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
Ability to pass drug and alcohol testing
Supervisory experience is valued but not essential. Strong cleaners ready to step up are encouraged to apply.
