About the role
In this role your duties will include but not be limited to:
Supporting the HSEQ Manager to ensure our Safety, Environment and Quality systems are monitored and effectively managed
Liaising with the HSEQ Manager and subcontractors to ensure Safety Plans, SWMS, SOPs, Procedures etc. are developed and submitted accordance with the project
Support the team in monitoring training and compliance
Undertake group safety reporting of data and objectives
Assist Project Managers to achieve their activities and KPIs
Data entry into multiple systems (Simpro, Procore and Rapid)
Ad hoc administration duties
Occasional site visits to conduct workplace inspections and attend toolbox meetings
Hours:Monday to Friday (flexible) i.e. 7am - 3pm, 8am - 4pm, 9am - 5pm.

About You:
To be successful in this role you will have:
Confident and outgoing attitude with a strong ability to develop excellent working relationships with staff, clients and sub-contractors
Good communication skills, both verbal & written
Possess a high attention to detail
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and contribute to the business
Possess or willingness to obtain a Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety
