We're on the lookout for a Compliance/Customer Support Specialist who loves helping people and has a keen eye for detail. If you're eager to learn, grow, and have a positive impact, this could be your perfect opportunity
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide friendly and professional reception services, including answering calls and greeting visitors.
* Assist with multiple daily compliance tasks to ensure RTO standards are met.
* Support students and trainers with class set up and compliance requirements.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation.
* Contribute to a positive and efficient office environment.
What We're Looking For:
* A passion for helping people and delivering exceptional customer service.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Interest in the VET industry and willingness to learn.
* Previous RTO experience is desirable but not essential.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, EXCEL and general computer skills is a must have.
