The Opportunity
CSR are seeking a commercially minded and analytically driven Pricing Partner to join our team in North Ryde. In this influential role, you will partner closely with Sales, Category, Finance, and senior stakeholders to shape pricing strategy, uncover margin opportunities, and drive pricing excellence across the business. If you thrive at the intersection of data, strategy, and commercial decision‑making, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities
* Shape pricing strategy and drive margin growth across CSR's portfolio
* Support annual price reviews, tactical changes, and value‑based pricing initiatives.
* Develop and maintain pricing architecture across customers, segments, and product categories.
* Analyse pricing, margin, customer, and market data to identify risks and growth opportunities.
* Build models and scenarios to support pricing decisions and improve price realisation.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer behaviour.
* Partner with Sales, Category, and Finance to provide pricing advice and commercial insights.
* Support adoption of pricing systems and drive continuous improvement in pricing governance.
* Drive pricing governance and ensure adherence to value‑based pricing frameworks and approval processes
* Deliver measurable EBIT improvement through pricing strategy, price realisation and margin optimisation
About You
* 5+ years' experience in pricing or revenue management in a large enterprise.
* Degree in Finance, Data Science, Mathematics, Economics, or similar.
* Advanced pricing and modelling capability.
* Strong Excel and Power BI skills; experience with SQL, ERP, and CRM systems.
* Bonus: Python, machine learning, or AI knowledge.
* Ability to translate data into clear commercial narratives.
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder influence skills.
* A proactive, collaborative, “can‑do” attitude.
