As a Commercial Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial properties to ensure they are maintained and grown. This role requires effective management, administration, and communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, excellent communication skills, and be able to work effectively with landlords and tenants.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain a portfolio of commercial properties
* Handle lease administration, including expiries, renewals, and rent reviews
* Conduct routine property inspections
* Oversee accounts administration, including rental receipts and payments
* Coordinate maintenance and obtain quotes as needed
Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Real Estate License or Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
* Experience in commercial or B2B sales is advantageous but not required
* A positive, proactive attitude with exceptional communication skills
* Strong time management and multitasking abilities
* High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
