Embedding Cultural Safety
Bupa Australia is looking for a dedicated professional to deliver key initiatives that embed cultural safety and inclusion across the organization.
1. Delve into community engagement, foster inclusive environments, and implement cultural safety strategies throughout Bupa.
2. Coordinate the implementation of strategic plans, such as the Engagement Plan, Cultural & Clinical Safety Plan, and Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) actions in collaboration with key stakeholders.
3. Partner with People & Culture and Clinical Governance teams to integrate cultural sensitivity into HR and clinical practices.
Essential Requirements:
* This role is designated for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
* A minimum of up to 5 years' experience in a similar level position and or experience in employee engagement, wellbeing, HR, or community development within a First Nations context is required.
* A strong understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures, histories, and contemporary issues is necessary.
