About the Role
Our organization is seeking an experienced Product Development Lead to oversee the creation and delivery of products that meet customer needs. This key role involves leading a scrum team, owning team delivery on roadmap objectives, and driving product development through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Suggest enhancements to improve user experience and support commercial goals.
* Work with the product team to build a roadmap aligning with the overall product vision and objectives.
* Engage with customers to identify needs, validate ideas, and collect product feedback.
* Translate customer needs into product requirements by developing user stories, specifying acceptance criteria, and testing needs.
* Collaborate with the development team to deliver quality features and products meeting customer needs.
Requirements
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong execution of qualitative and quantitative analysis.
* Team player able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* High degree of creativity and drive.
* Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
* Jira software a plus.
* +4 years experience in building products, preferably in SaaS B2B space.
* Hands-on experience working in agile product development environment.
