Responsibilities
* Assist with month-end, forecasting and reporting tasks, ensuring timely and accurate outputs.
* Support Controllers by extracting and analysing data from the P&L and ERP systems to build business cases and cost evaluations.
* Support with compliance in monthly reporting with our scorecards, pre and post marketing evaluations
* Collaborate with Controllers to forecast boutique overhead spend and credit card commissions.
* Provide support to the Accounting Operations team and assist with general accounting tasks.
Experience / Qualifications
* 3–5 years' experience in Accounting or Finance
* Strong understanding of month-end processes, budgeting, and forecasting
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel
* Familiarity with ERP systems
* Understanding of the role of a Controller and financial reporting.
* Experience with Power BI is ideal but not essential
* Thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Comfortable working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
